Responsibilities
Lead a team of tax preparers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment
Communicate with clients and client personnel to gather essential information for tax services
Engage in a hands-on role that includes both preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate & trust returns
Manage the preparation of income tax projections, considering multiple scenarios and analyses
Conduct research projects requiring advanced skills and professional judgment on options and risk assessments
Provide expert tax advice on international tax matters and complex tax issues to support clients effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years in Tax / Public Accounting
CPA/EA license
Lacerte software experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting
Proven leadership and team management skills with strong client-facing communication abilities
Must work in-office full time at the Century City location; no remote or hybrid options available
