Ensuring the Credit Union’s lending programs align with strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and risk management standards
Delivering outstanding member experiences and strengthening our presence in the community
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in lending, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending practices and regulations
Experience managing collections operations and implementing recovery strategies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
