Responsibilities

Perform activities within both Production and Distribution to maintain efficient workflows and meet shift objectives
Handle materials and assist with order fulfillment as needed to support team productivity
Ensure accuracy in product handling and packaging
Coordinate and prioritize tasks across both departments to meet Production schedules and Distribution deadlines
Provide on-the-job guidance, coaching, and support to team members during shift operations
Monitor compliance with safety protocols and quality standards, addressing issues promptly
Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and take initiative
Serve as the primary point of contact for shift-related concerns and communicate effectively with management
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in production, distribution, or related operations
Technical/mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer applications
Hands-on leadership and adaptability
Team collaboration and coaching with attention to detail and quality focus
Safety and compliance awareness
Ability to balance operational and supervisory responsibilities
Basic PC skills
Ability to speak, read, write and understand basic English
Pre-employment physical & drug test required
background check conducted for final applicants
This position may require compliance with ITAR export regulations; applicant must be US citizen or have permanent resident status
