Muddy Group is a full-service creative agency looking for a Graphic Designer to join their creative team full-time. The role involves supporting the design and production of visual content across multiple brands, emphasizing strong design execution and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create and adapt design assets for social media, web, email, and print marketing materials

Support the creative team in producing high-quality visual content that aligns with each brand’s identity

Prepare and organize production files for digital and print outputs

Assist in developing simple motion graphics or animations for digital campaigns

Help ensure visual consistency and accuracy across all materials

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and assist in concept development

Research design trends, competitive brands, and creative inspiration to inform project work

Support the team with mockups, presentations, and internal or client-facing materials

Maintain organized digital asset libraries and file systems

Qualification

Required

5+ years of professional experience in a full-time role, with demonstrated ownership of real-world projects, decision-making, and accountability

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)

Strong grasp of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital design best practices

Preferred

Basic understanding of motion and video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
