Responsibilities
Assist CDOT architects in design and monitoring of construction, demolition, or remodel of capital construction projects
Ensure that designs and construction are accomplished within standards, specifications, contracts, and codes
Review or monitor the work of others, including contracted architectural, engineering and construction services
Decide what operation is required to carry out the process
Locate and select the most appropriate guidelines for varying circumstances
Qualification
Required
Experience in design and monitoring of construction, demolition, or remodel of capital construction projects
Ability to ensure designs and construction are accomplished within standards, specifications, contracts, and codes
Experience in reviewing or monitoring the work of others, including contracted architectural, engineering and construction services
Ability to make operational level decisions regarding the required operations to carry out the process
Judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guidelines for varying circumstances
