Responsibilities
Own your business: Prospect and close new business with AECO Firms that are a strong fit for Pirros
Drive consultative discovery: Understand customer workflows, pain points, and goals to align Pirros as a critical solution
Run technical demos: Confidently demo the platform, speak to Pirros and Revit workflows - tailoring conversations to each stakeholder
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with solutions engineering, customer success, and product to create a seamless customer journey
Sell value, not just features: Navigate multi-threaded deals, build champions, negotiate with clarity, and focus on long-term success over shortcuts
Surpass goals: Hit and exceed revenue targets while contributing to a team

Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in AECO tech or related verticals
Fluency in design and construction workflows, especially in BIM focused environments
Proven track record of exceeding quota and building pipeline from scratch in a high-velocity or high-touch sales motion
A natural communicator—skilled at uncovering needs, leading discovery, and closing with clarity
Entrepreneurial mindset: You've thrived in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes as much as running them
Value-driven: You care about the long game, customer outcomes, and solving real problems, not just selling software
