Responsibilities

Building and refining the Uber One member experience that captures new users and drives engagement
Enhancing user engagement for our members by creating an educational and informative onboarding experience that creates awareness about the each benefit and value it brings
You will define, own, and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional counterparts (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and more)
Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers to communicate product requirements, oversee feature builds, and ensure timely releases
Working with other teams, like core product, user research and design, to develop product specifications that enhance our membership program
Running experiments and monitoring the performance of new features to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for iteration

Required

3+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished
Prior experience setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners, while being accountable for outcomes
You think creatively about how to make features and experiences engaging and fun for users in a memorable way
You continuously gather research and insights as to what our consumers need to drive deeper engagement across the Uber platform. You find a way to get the insights and data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help
You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built, and are comfortable discussing requirement and scope tradeoffs
You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind
You are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics
You are scrappy (execution and outcome-focused), curious and teachable

Preferred

Demonstrate customer obsession with a clear track record of delivering elegant solutions for true user problems
Hold a high bar across the board - for your own contributions, for the people you work with, and for the products you work on
Experience running experiments to assess the effectiveness of releases and iterating on features based on clear, key business metrics
Previous Subscription experience launching products across global markets
