Delivering personalized service to a variety of clients

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Producer's License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required
Preferred
A passion for helping clients and solving problems
Strong communication skills to explain complex issues in simple terms
