Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders, receipts, and logistical data
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including vendor information and payment history
Facilitate communications between vendors, HQ and other departments for payables related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary documentation and approvals for payments
Provide support for process improvement to processing accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliation
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in financial practices
