Responsibilities

Day-to-day monitoring and support of the revenue cycle automations
Troubleshooting, testing, error remediation
Reviewing and implementing automation modifications needed
Acts as consultant, facilitator, and teacher for department staff with respect to automation opportunities
Works closely with Providence IS resources to facilitate large system alterations
Acts as the primary system support for RPA applications

Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience or 5 or more years of technical experience in a healthcare environment, preferred

5 years of Minimum of one year experience as Systems Analyst
3 years of Epic experience
