Business Development Manager
CAM Property Services is celebrating 40 years in business and aims to scale from $25M to $50M in the next four years. The Business Development Manager will drive revenue expansion across various client sectors by managing the full sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline across target asset class(es)
Attend industry events (ICSC, BOMA, Apartment Associations, IFMA, et al)
Conduct site walks and generate accurate, profitable proposals
Partner with Operations to improve onboarding
Manage Aspire CRM pipeline and reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the property services or real estate industry
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales quotas
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, estimating, proposing, closing, and onboarding
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline across various asset classes
Experience attending and networking at industry events such as ICSC, BOMA, Apartment Associations, IFMA, etc
Strong proposal generation skills with a focus on accuracy and profitability
Ability to partner with operations to improve onboarding processes
Experience managing CRM systems, specifically Aspire CRM, for pipeline management and reporting
Strong analytical skills to measure success through metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth and proposal-to-close ratio
