Working with the following codes preferred: ASCE 43, ASCE 4, ACI 349 & 318, ASCE 7, IBC
AISC N690, Steel Construction Manual and Seismic Design Manual
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Seismic structural analyses
Proficiency in ANSYS APDL is required. With the ability to build detailed models, perform static and seismic runs, and develop or modify post-processing scripts
Proficiency in concrete, steel, and composite structures analysis and design
Preferred
Proficiency in LS-Dyna is preferred
Computer programming skills (e.g., Matlab or Python) are not required, but preferred
AISC/ N690 experience is preferred
