Brance Global is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Architect responsible for defining and governing the enterprise architecture strategy for all ServiceNow streams. This role ensures that ServiceNow solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with digital transformation objectives while overseeing architecture development, governance, and solution design.

Responsibilities

Align ServiceNow architecture across all streams with enterprise strategy and digital roadmap

Create and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM, and platform components

Define standards and enforce governance for all ServiceNow implementations, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and adherence to policies

Architect end-to-end solutions for workflows, automation, and integrations with ERP, identity management, analytics, and third-party systems

Drive optimization across all ServiceNow modules, ensuring high availability, performance, and advanced reporting capabilities

Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices, emerging features, and roadmap planning for all functional streams
