IMCS Group is one of the fastest growing MWBE staffing firms in the U.S. They are seeking an Informatica IDMC Developer who will design, build, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud. The role focuses on creating ETL/ELT pipelines and ensuring data quality and governance across cloud and on-prem systems.

Responsibilities

Create data integration workflows, mappings, and pipelines using IICS/IDMC for data ingestion, transformation, and loading
Connect and manage data flow between cloud and on-premises applications, potentially with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake
Implement data profiling, cleansing, and validation rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
Apply data governance policies and standards within IDMC
Optimize data workflows and mappings for efficiency
Debug and resolve data pipeline issues
Create technical documentation for processes and workflows

Qualification

Required

Strong experience with IDMC, IICS, and potentially Informatica PowerCenter
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and working with databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL principles
Experience with file formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet) and error handling
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in teams
Minimum years of experience: 10 years

Preferred

Experience with Informatica MDM (Master Data Management)
Knowledge of modern ETL frameworks and migration projects
Experience with data ingestion and replication
