SAIC has an immediate need for a THAAD Training Systems Program Manager to support the development and delivery of numerous Training products for the Software, Simulation, Systems Engineering and Integration Directorate (S3I) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) portfolio. The role involves overseeing development efforts, managing multiple projects, and providing strategic guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and production efforts using agile processes to deliver software and hardware updates to the existing Institutional Conduct of Fire Trainer (ICOFT) based trainers

Supervise multiple projects ensuring on time delivery, within budget, and meeting all performance and quality requirements

Manage risks and issues

Provide strategic guidance to project teams

Monitor, track, and report contract, performance, and financial metrics

Direct coordination, tracking, and submission of program deliverables

Meet regularly with government management, technical leadership, and contractors to ensure a clear understanding of customer requirements, challenges, and performance

Provide extensive project management experience working with hardware and software development teams, agile process methods, and financial management experience
