Responsibilities

Reviewing the initial loan application

Requesting required documents, including follow up if needed

Calculating income in order to validate data

Running AUS and reviewing findings

Preparing and sending prequalification letters

Preparing the initial disclosure package

Reviewing and preparing loan documents for submission to Processing

Managing the Loan Officer(s) calendar, including follow-up, appointment setting and time blocking as appropriate

Primary point of contact for phone calls

Managing the CRM, including follow-ups with warm leads and closed loans

Pipeline management, including scheduled pipeline reviews, daily tracking and weekly status calls to customers

Utilization of designated Sales tools and reporting methods

Required

2+ years of mortgage experience, including all areas of the loan process, as well as a thorough knowledge of FHA, Conventional, VA and USDA product financing

High School diploma or equivalent

NMLS License required

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of audiences

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills

Must have attention to detail and customer service focus

Ability to adhere to established processes and checklists

Flexibility and adaptability in a fluid and rapidly changing environment

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict time requirements

Proficient with MS Office, with a knowledge of industry automation and software

High level of integrity, ethics, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
