Responsibilities
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, SAFe principles, self‑organization, and continuous improvement
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, guide estimating and forecasting, and ensure teams stay aligned to goals
Assess team maturity and coach toward higher performance at a sustainable pace
Identify, address, and escalate impediments; coordinate with DevOps, Shared Services, and other teams to resolve blockers
Promote transparency through clear communication, progress updates, and information sharing across stakeholders
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness
Foster healthy team dynamics through retrospectives, conflict resolution, and proactive problem‑solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of relevant experience in business/development support, user story creation, writing, and estimation
Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
First‑level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) and/or SAFe Practitioner certification
Preferred
6+ years of IT project management or Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams
Advanced Agile/Scrum certifications (CSP, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master)
Experience with additional Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD)
Familiarity with Agile techniques such as User Stories, TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, automated testing, and pairing
Demonstrated success coaching teams, leading through influence, and driving continuous improvement
