Coordinate with all departments on all guest welfare matters for a smooth, courteous & efficient service
Ensure all necessary reports like VIP list, arrival list is available
Welcome & greet guests and provide a smooth and seamless registration upon arrival
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, excursion arrangements or any other requests that maybe needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferably in Front Office / Guest Services
Educational background in hospitality and tourism
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
Outgoing, friendly and has cheerful personality
Preferred
Preferably with an island resort experience
