They are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide outpatient psychotherapy services, engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to the growth of their practice.

Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
Complete assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists, trainees, and future medication providers
Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record
Participate in consultation, case discussion, and quality improvement activities
Psychological assessment
Neurofeedback services (training available)
Group therapy development and facilitation
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling
Fully licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical practice standards
Interest in collaborative, team-based care
Preferred
Experience providing psychotherapy across the lifespan preferred
Comfort working with a range of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues)
Psychological assessment
Neurofeedback services (training available)
Group therapy development and facilitation
