Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions across multiple platforms and systems
Ensure data flows, monitoring tools, and operational platforms interoperate seamlessly
Build and maintain automation using Python, PowerShell, C++, and other scripting languages
Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and streamline troubleshooting processes
Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools
Ensure roadside equipment and supporting platforms operate at peak performance
Support service availability targets and SLA compliance
Partner with operations technicians and supervisors to understand frontline challenges
Translate operational needs into scalable engineering solutions
Provide advanced technical support and escalation for complex incidents
Lead or contribute to platform rollouts, API integrations, and system upgrades
Ensure engineering initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives
Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, incident response, and configuration management
Design and implement solutions that scale with system growth and operational demand
Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials
Enable operations teams to effectively adopt and support engineering solutions
Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
5–7+ years of experience in operations engineering, systems integration, platform engineering, or reliability-focused positions
Strong automation and scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Java, C++, or similar languages
Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases for integration and troubleshooting
Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation frameworks
Proven ability to build tools that improve system reliability, monitoring, and operational efficiency
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 production environment
Preferred
Experience developing web-based applications
Familiarity with load balancers and high-availability systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Agile or Scrum certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Fundamentals)
Experience with Power BI, Visio, or operational reporting and visualization tools
