Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Microsoft Teams phone implementation projects
Design and build new SharePoint sites, following security and best-practice standards
Plan and oversee SharePoint data migration from existing sites to new environments
Serve as a primary PM resource for projects lacking dedicated leadership
Define project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables; track progress and ensure successful execution
Contribute to PMO development by creating processes, templates, and documentation
Assist with software deployment/re-deployment as needed, acting as a versatile IT PM
Identify additional resource needs (e.g., SharePoint development support) and coordinate as necessary
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience managing IT projects, particularly SharePoint builds/migrations and Teams phone implementations
Strong project execution skills, including planning, tracking, and delivering on time and within scope
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a hybrid environment
Familiarity with project management methodologies; PMP certification is a plus but not required
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Adaptable and capable of acting as a versatile IT PM across multiple initiatives
Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) background check upon hire
Preferred
PMP certification is a plus but not required
