Responsibilities

Managing the procurement process for the FM and PM team including purchase orders, sourcing requests, change orders and invoice approvals

Managing/Reporting financials in associated technology software

Reconciling vendor/project commitment reporting

Configuring new expenses/projects and managing updates in associated technology software

Coordination with vendors, FMs and PMs on orders, installations, site visits and completing tasks end-to-end

Contribute to development of standard processes and risk guidelines including Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
