Sell flooring and cabinet solutions across single-family, multi-family, residential, and commercial projects
Take ownership of their pipeline
Compete against goals and driven to win
Qualification
Required
Must live in Georgia
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person client visits if required
Working knowledge of flooring types and cabinet styles
Ability to read measurements and floor plans and/or site conditions
Understand installation timelines and job flow
Knowledge of financing options and upselling ad-ons
Experience of working with builders, contractors, and designers
Strong skills in Sales Presentations to effectively communicate product value and features to clients
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and build trust through Relationship Building
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to provide positive and professional experience for all clients
Experience or skills in New Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote environment
