8+ years expRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within a manufacturing and supply chain driven enterprise environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple MDM projects, focused on improving data quality, governance, and operational consistency across core master data domains.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple Master Data Management initiatives, across multiple ERP platforms
Lead full project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, risk and issue management, and status reporting
Coordinate MDM initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, and finance functions
Partner with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and functional leads to define master data standards, governance workflows, and ownership models
Oversee requirements definition, testing coordination, release planning, and phased deployments
Coordinate across various ERP modules and ensure consistency across integrated systems and downstream platforms
Manage dependencies and integration points between ERPs, MDM tools, reporting platforms, and third-party applications
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and drive decisions to keep delivery on track
Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders and leadership regarding progress, risks, and key milestones
Work closely with other Project Managers, Program Leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives
Strong experience managing ERP/MDM-related projects
Prior exposure to Master Data Management initiatives (material, customer, vendor, or reference data)
Experience working in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle concepts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred
Experience working as an external consultant or contractor
Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors and/or system integrators
