Weekly calls with pre-selected mentors helping participants navigate career planning
E-learning curriculum sessions held on Wednesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 PM EST
Intensive interview preparation and practice

Opportunity to learn from and network with finance professionals
Opportunity to participate in the interview process for the following year’s BBH Summer Internship Program
Qualification
Required
First-generation college students (defined as a student whose parent(s)/caregiver(s) didn't attend a 4-year college/university)
Live and attend college/university in the United States
Class of 2028 (current college sophomore)
Minimum GPA of 3.3
Demonstrated leadership skills through academic and extracurricular activities
Demonstrated strong interest in financial services
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Demonstrated passion for teamwork and commitment to diversity
Required attendance and active participation in weekly meetings
