Responsibilities
Primary focus is supplier onboarding, specifically:
Reviewing supplier documentation (W-9, ACH/banking info) for completeness and accuracy
High-volume data entry of sensitive supplier and banking information
Ensuring data quality and accuracy at the point of entry to reduce downstream rework
Daily work breakdown (approximate):
50% data entry & document review (accuracy/completeness)
20–30% responding to supplier email inquiries
~10% reporting
No invoicing responsibilities

Required
Must have experience with Master data management
Data entry
Answering data accurately
Data quality

Excel knowledge
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously
Proven data entry experience and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work
Excel (basic to intermediate): Lookups, pivot tables, simple data analysis
Strong common sense, prioritization, and consistency in execution
Clear written communication skills for supplier email correspondence
Team player, self-starter, and quick learner
Preferred
Exposure to Workday (supplier module) is a plus but not required
Interest in learning new tools (team uses Python for data analysis; learning opportunities exist)
