Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
Assist with cost analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with management on financial planning and decision support
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Strong understanding of GAAP and management accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Currently have or pursuing CMA certification, preferred
Alternatively, non-attestation CPA path
