Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is focused on optimizing the flow of epics/features and enhancing the value delivered by a smaller Agile Release Train (ART). The Agile Coach will guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles, while facilitating ART ceremonies and collaborating with the Product Manager to maintain a healthy product backlog.

Responsibilities
Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
Define and enforce norms/agreements for the ART
Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, and Retrospectives
Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain a healthy product/program backlog
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the ART
Promote communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery
Provide status updates and report on ART plans, delivery, timelines, and impediments to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management and policy requirements for technology solutions
Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance to identify improvement opportunities
Mentor more junior Scrum Masters
Qualification
Required
Experience with payments technology
Experience working with a globally distributed team
Proficiency in Agile tools, particularly Jira
Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Strong Agile coaching skills
Preferred
