Responsibilities
Processing electronic or paper copies of client income tax return forms and documents
Organizing client documents and scanning, filing, and/or faxing as required
Maintaining client data with integrity and professionalism; ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Working with spreadsheets and tracking data in a database
Providing a wide variety of administrative support to partners, managers, and staff
Entering time record keeping and performing client maintenance and set-up within various software systems
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a seasonal capacity from mid-January 2025 to mid-April 2025
Strong customer service mentality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays during busy tax filing periods
Hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality
Very proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
1-3 years of prior administrative support experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
