Responsibilities

Support daily procurement activities, including purchase requisition (PR) tracking and purchase order (PO) coordination
Assist with vendor onboarding, including documentation collection and information verification
Maintain accurate procurement, vendor, and asset records in internal systems
Track procurement requests, approvals, and fulfillment status
Support basic vendor communications, including documentation follow-ups and information requests
Assist with vendor setup, updates, and record maintenance
Ensure vendor information is accurate and current
Ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored
Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to procurement and vendor records
Follow established procurement policies and procedures
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to support procurement needs
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient purchasing processes

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of total professional experience
1–2 years of procurement or purchasing support experience preferred
Familiarity with supplier information collection and vendor qualification processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic negotiation skills appropriate for pricing discussions and renewals within established guidelines
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and accountability in prior roles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform job duties primarily in an office environment

Preferred

Experience supporting software, SaaS, or services procurement is a plus
Prior experience in Electronics, Networking, Telecommunications, or technology-driven industries is preferred
