Execute DFT implementation, verification, and debug
Work with BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
Develop hierarchical DFT flow and methodology
Collaborate with IC Design RTL Engineers and Physical Design Engineers
Qualification
Required
BSEE/Electronics Engineering and at least five (5+) years of ASIC DFT experience
Proficiency in Siemens Tessent Tool
Full DFT design cycle experience in RTL/Netlist
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
