Research Assistant (Graduate) – Techtelligence
Today Digital is the company behind Techtelligence, an emerging market-intelligence platform focused on delivering insights for technology buyers and vendors. The Research Assistant will support research projects, content development, and data operations, playing a crucial role in gathering information, analyzing trends, and compiling reports.

Responsibilities
Conduct desk research on B2B technology markets (customer and employee experience)
Gather and validate information from analyst reports, vendor materials, surveys, and industry sources
Track vendor announcements, market movements, and product updates
Support preparation of research briefs, topic insights, and trend summaries
Assist with managing Techtelligence taxonomy and tagging structures across WordPress sites
Help compile weekly engagement insights (GA4, Bombora, WordPress analytics)
Extract high-value data points and convert them into visuals or summaries
Support development of buyer personas and content-affinity profiles
Draft short research summaries, data-led insights, and supporting paragraphs for reports or blogs
Help format research outputs, including charts, tables, and presentations
Assist preparing content for Techtelligence surveys, newsletters and insight briefs
Ensure research content is accurate, sourced, and aligned with editorial standards
Organise research references, documents, and knowledge repositories
Support project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
Coordinate with Marketing, Editorial, and Commercial to deliver research projects smoothly
Maintain research calendars and assist with internal reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills; able to summarise complex topics clearly
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets or basic analytics tools
Ability to research reliably using online sources, industry reports, and public datasets
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Interest in enterprise technology markets (AI, UC, CX, cloud, digital workplace)
Preferred
Experience with WordPress, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
Experience producing reports, insights, or structured research deliverables
Background in business, marketing, data, journalism, or similar
