Responsibilities
Manage real estate transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all escrow and title processes are accurate and timely
Conduct title examinations and resolve any title defects or discrepancies
Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents in coordination with all relevant parties
Collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions
Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
Maintain detailed and organized records for all transactions
Identify and address potential issues to avoid delays in the closing process
Provide guidance and expertise on escrow and title-related matters to clients and team members
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in escrow processing and title management
In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential properties
Strong understanding of state regulations and industry standards related to escrow and title
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Ability to handle complex transactions and resolve issues efficiently
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in escrow and title processes
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
