Account Director
Vectr Solutions is a team of accomplished Salesforce and Integration architects specializing in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. They are seeking an Account Director to focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building strong relationships with enterprise key customers.
Responsibilities
Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services, and fostering long-term partnerships
Lead Generation: Engage prospective and current customers at conferences and source new opportunities
Co-Selling: Tightly partner with the Salesforce Sales and Customer Success organizations including Core AEs & SEs
Sales Operations: Manage sales activities, including lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce. Ensure all Salesforce records owned by you are accurate and reflect the latest updates on a weekly basis, at minimum
Sales Engineering: Present products and services to prospective customers that align directly to their organizational goals and objectives
General: Demonstrate the ability & desire to personally unearth net new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails & networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Client Relationship Management & Account Growth: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing concerns, and providing strategic guidance to optimize service delivery
Delivery Oversight: Oversee project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
Team Leadership: Serve as a leader in acquiring and maintaining Salesforce certifications aligned to company goals and strategy
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in a sales role, preferably within a consulting or professional services organization
Proven track record of account management and growth
Experience in Salesforce consulting
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong leadership presence and collaborative mindset
Commitment to continuous improvement, mentorship, and technical excellence
