Responsibilities
Provide project and analytical support to National Guard leadership and staff
Support research, task tracking, and process analysis activities
Ensure consistent and efficient business processes while adhering to established protocols
Analyze complex information and present findings in clear, concise written and verbal formats
Prepare briefings, reports, and supporting documentation for senior leadership
Assist with coordination and oversight of tasks, initiatives, and deliverables
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information processed through the ExecSec Office
Support the use and maintenance of electronic task management systems
Adapt to changing mission requirements, priorities, and organizational directives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in project analysis, data analysis, research, or task process oversight
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze complex technical or operational issues and present them clearly
Confidence briefing and interacting with senior military and civilian leadership
Knowledge of the National Guard mission, structure, and role within the Department of Defense
Experience using electronic task management systems
Active Secret Clearance
Preferred
Prior experience supporting the National Guard, DoD, or federal defense organizations
Background in organizational analysis, public administration, business management, public policy, economics, or a related field
Experience working in high-visibility, leadership-support environments
