Responsibilities
Spearhead our door-knocking initiatives—a pivotal strategy to drive customer growth and keep technicians employed during the off-season
Perform lawn care treatments alongside your production team due to the branch’s current size, with responsibilities evolving as the branch grows
Oversee marketing, production, customer service, and sales strategies
Recruit, train, and coach a motivated team, including a 3-truck production unit and canvassing team
Play a hands-on role in seasonal marketing campaigns to expand a thriving customer base
Maintain profit and loss accountability and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage teams
High energy and a hands-on approach to solving problems
Experience managing or supporting door-to-door canvassing is a big plus
Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
Ability to motivate and inspire your team
