Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers
Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements
Participate in training and development programs
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations)
Working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time
Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body
Preferred
Previous experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks
Computer proficiency
