Global Content & Demand Generation Manager, Home Charging

Tesla is accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy, and they are seeking a passionate and experienced Global Content and Demand Generation Manager to lead efforts for Tesla's Home Charging portfolio. This role focuses on driving product awareness, education, and demand for Wall Connector and its capabilities, while collaborating with various teams to position Tesla as a leader in home charging solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive global strategies to build awareness and generate demand for Wall Connector installations and advanced bidirectional features (V2H/V2G)
Create compelling content and messaging that highlights benefits such as seamless home backup power, reduced energy bills, grid stabilization, and synergy with Tesla vehicles, Powerwall and broader ecosystem
Lead cross-functional go-to-market launches, including product announcements, in-app experiences, campaign planning, content creation, demand gen communications, showroom retail experiences, and sales enablement materials
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities in key regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific)
Partner with regional teams to adapt strategies for local regulations, utility programs, and incentives supporting Wall Connector and V2H/V2G
Drive digital and performance campaigns, partnerships, events, and educational content (e.g., demos, webinars, app integrations)
Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to provide insights for stakeholders, iterate on strategies and inform product roadmaps

Required

Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in EV charging, energy, automotive, or consumer electronics
Proven track record of launching hardware/software products globally with a strong understanding of energy markets, EV ecosystem, and emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills with experience crafting both technical and consumer messaging for diverse audiences (homeowners, vehicle owners, installers, utilities)
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and ROI measurement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a bias for action
Passion for sustainable energy and Tesla's mission
