Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement Workday Financials solutions aligned to business needs
Lead requirements validation, gap analysis, and solution design
Configure and optimize modules including Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Grants & Projects
Optimize Grants Management (Pre/Post Award, Effort, Subawards, Salary Cap, Budget Plans)
Lead ERP migrations from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday)
Design integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs, Prism Analytics
Deliver advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, federal grant regulations, and industry standards
Guide security, data governance, and Foundation Data Model (FDM) design

Required

Active Workday Financials certifications (valid through 2025 R1 preferred)
10+ years ERP experience, including 7+ years with Workday Financials
Strong expertise in integrations, reporting, Prism Analytics, and Extend
Proven experience in regulated environments (public sector, higher ed, grants)

Preferred

Multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments
Accounting Center design for cash-basis reporting
Large-scale legacy ERP migrations
