Responsibilities

Develops applications including configuration, reports development, and data migration, where applicable

Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements

Performs custom development and third-party integrations

Conducts unit-testing and resolves code defects

Migrates code changes to the production environment

Assists with technical design and documentation

Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business requirements

Clearance Required TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Bachelor's degree or 4+ additional years of software development experience in lieu of a degree

5+ years of software development experience

2+ years of experience supporting large, complex software development projects

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to engage with various levels of senior management effectively

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, and implement solutions

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with coworkers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
