Responsibilities

Design and implement a centralized data warehouse and reporting infrastructure
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (sales, service, finance, CRM)
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business units
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
Identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights
Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A (automotive or retail industry experience is an asset)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling)
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid BC driver's license and vehicle for travel to lower mainland dealerships when required

Preferred

MBA/CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is an asset
Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning tools is a plus
Collaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs
