Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape thoughtful recruiting strategies
Lead full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, screening and managing offers
Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, relationship building and creative outreach
Deliver a welcoming, well-organized onboarding experience for every new hire
Manage applicant data and insights within our ATS and contribute ideas for improved processes
Support HR operations as needed, including benefits, payroll coordination and employee communications
Collaborate closely with your HR teammate to share knowledge, ensure coverage and continuously improve the employee experience
Participate in continuous improvement efforts, agency initiatives and special projects that enhance culture, engagement and HR effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 4+ years of related HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of HR principles, employment law and recruiting best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and credibility
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
A collaborative service-minded approach rooted in empathy and professionalism
A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning, adapting and improving
