The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across various roles, partnering closely with leadership to elevate the candidate experience and manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across admin, clinical, corporate, and field operations

Manage high-volume hiring across multiple states and locations

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities

Source, screen, interview, and close candidates

Coordinate offers, onboarding, and start dates

Maintain accurate hiring data in our ATS

Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience

Support ongoing growth initiatives as SEV continues to expand nationally
