Residential Sales Representative
Zirrus is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Professional to join their team as a Residential Sales Representative. The role involves building relationships with customers, driving revenue through sales of fiber internet, home security, and wireless cell phones, and executing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospects and customers to understand their needs and recommend top-tier solutions—fiber internet, home security, and wireless cell phones
Develop and execute winning sales strategies both in the field and over the phone
Network at community events and socials to uncover new opportunities
Maintain a robust sales funnel and keep your pipeline full
Deliver exceptional support and cross-sell to existing customers
Stay ahead of industry trends and company offerings
Handle negotiations and resolve customer concerns with integrity
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in a service industry, managing a quota
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Adaptable, coachable, and passionate about helping customers
Must be able to pass NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration (background check, fingerprinting)
Valid driver's license—company vehicle provided!
Preferred
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
