Analyzing customer interactions across our digital support channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive major online digital touchpoints
Simplify efforts to enrich customer engagement and brand love
Influence testing strategies
Work alongside your team to harness innovative AI technologies
Help answer critical business questions about customer behavior and design effectiveness
Shape how we serve and retain our customers
Qualification
Required
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
Proactive approach with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
A champion of innovation and forward-thinking strategies, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
Experience with experimental design, causal inference, and alternative A/B testing methods
Ability to work collaboratively, influence others, and communicate effectively with diverse departmental groups
