Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of the Merchandising Development Program (MDP)
Partner with senior leaders to align program goals with business priorities and drive key initiatives
Ensure associates receive meaningful development, coaching, and performance feedback
Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze KPIs, and implement enhancements based on data and feedback
Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to remove barriers and deliver results
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, rotational or development programs within a complex business environment
Strong ability to analyze data, measure program impact, and apply insights to drive improvement
Expertise in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication
Proven track record in talent development, coaching, and building high-performing teams
