Responsibilities
Identify and implement improvements to SAP according to business requirements to increase process efficiencies
Interact with all levels of the company to ensure SAP meets organizational needs
Meet regularly with internal customers to document issues, gather new requirements, and respond effectively to business needs
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in related field (or 8+ years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree)
Solid knowledge of business processes within current area of responsibility (preferably in SD, PP, FI/CO modules, or MRO process)
Minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven effectiveness in business process documentation, process improvements, and problem solving
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter with sound judgment and strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and customer focus
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management practices
Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Must read/write/speak English
