Responsibilities

Serve as the global lead across Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracting, and Accounts Payable
Lead fit-gap analyses between Oracle and SAP environments, managing data mapping, migration, and cutover activities
Oversee the design of SAP S2P functionality, including MM, Coupa, and VIM/AP automation tools
Manage functional workstreams, testing strategies, and global workshops with senior stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to global Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive adoption of unified processes

Required

8+ years of functional leadership in SAP S2P/MM
Led at least two end-to-end implementations as a Lead
Proven experience leading ERP integrations during M&A, specifically moving processes from Oracle to SAP
Deeply familiar with SAP MM and Coupa
Strong understanding of Oracle Procurement modules
Excel in onsite-offshore models
Comfortable influencing senior leaders across different cultures and time zones

Preferred

Background in the chemical or manufacturing industry
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience with Ariba Network or VIM
