Focuses heavily on landing wire, pulling wire, and electrical assembly for complex machinery
Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school preferred
1-3 years of experience as an industrial or manufacturing electrician
Hands-on experience with wire pulling and wire landing
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience working with precision machinery or complex equipment
Familiarity with control panels, PLC wiring, motors, and sensors
Proficient with electrical tools and testing equipment
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on the shop floor for extended periods
Preferred
Experience in machinery manufacturing or OEM environments
Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
Experience with low-voltage and control wiring
Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
