This field-based, relationship-driven sales role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and expanding existing accounts while working directly with technicians and customers.

Responsibilities
Grow revenue across multiple home service lines (lawn, pest, termite, mosquito)
Manage and expand existing customer accounts
Follow up on inbound leads and proactively pursue new opportunities
Meet customers on site to assess needs and close sales
Support and coach technicians and sales staff on identifying sales opportunities
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
Handle commercial bids, pricing discussions, and negotiations
Track pipeline activity, close rates, and performance metrics in the CRM
Partner with marketing on promotions and lead generation
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations for service delivery
Support customer retention, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales or account management experience
Experience in home services, field sales, or service-based industries strongly preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Comfortable working both in the field and in the office
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Experience using a CRM and tracking sales activity
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
